HARPER, Thomas C. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Thomas C. Harper, 76 a retired Montgomery County school teacher, died at 2 a.m Friday in ? where he had been residing. He formerly lived at 1304 W. Main. A graduate of Waynetown HS and former Central Normal College, Mr. Harper retired from teaching in 1969 after 24 years. He was a member of 1st Christian Church, Masonic Lodge and Elks. He was born Nov 25, 1901, the son of John & Martha Myers Harper. Surviving are his wife, Neve Kemp Harper, a son, Charles of Los Angels & 3 grandchildren. Funeral at 2 p.m .Monday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Buser officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
